Distance Sales Contract

Article 1 — Parties

Seller:

Buyer: The user who is registered on the Feedim platform and has completed the purchase. The Buyer's information is as declared during the order.

Article 2 — Subject of the Contract

This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of digital products and services ordered electronically by the Buyer through the feedim.com website owned by the Seller, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3 — Product/Service Information

Digital products and services offered for sale on the Feedim platform:

  • Coin: In-platform digital currency. Used to send gifts to content creators and to benefit from various platform features. Available in different packages.
  • Premium Membership: Monthly or annual subscription plans (Super, Pro, Max, Business). Offers ad-free experience, verified badge, advanced analytics, content promotion, and more features.

All prices include VAT (20%). Current pricing is displayed on the purchase page. Payment method: Credit/debit card with 3D Secure payment (PayTR infrastructure). Delivery method: Digitally activated to the account instantly.

Article 4 — Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15/g of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal for digital content and services cannot be exercised after the service has commenced with the consumer's consent.

  • Coin purchases: If the purchased coins have not yet been used, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days.
  • Premium membership: The right of withdrawal expires once membership features have been actively used. If not yet used, a refund may be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.

Article 5 — Payment and Delivery

  • All payments are securely processed with SSL encryption and 3D Secure verification.
  • Payment is processed through the PayTR payment infrastructure. Card information is not stored by Feedim.
  • Digital products and services are activated to the account within 48 hours at the latest after payment confirmation.
  • Coin purchases are typically instant, and premium membership activations are completed within minutes.

Article 6 — Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Buyer:

  • Is obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the order.
  • May use the purchased products and services for personal use only.
  • Is obligated to comply with platform rules and terms of service.

Seller:

  • Is obligated to deliver the products and services offered for sale completely and on time.
  • Complies with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698).
  • Takes the necessary technical measures to ensure payment security.
  • Makes reasonable efforts to ensure service continuity.

Article 7 — Dispute Resolution

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes arising from this contract.

For consumer complaints, applications may be made to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry, and to Consumer Courts for amounts exceeding these limits.

Article 8 — Effective Date

This contract comes into effect on the date the Buyer confirms the order. By confirming the order, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted the contract terms. Relevant documents are retained for 3 years.
